I only accept payments through Stripe invoices. If and when you commission me, if you're not commissioning through ko-fi, please send me your email with the request so I can send you an invoice.Stripe accepts multiple forms of payment, such as credit or debit, Apple Pay, etc. You may choose to pay with whichever options are avaible on the invoice.When you request a commission, I will send you a watermarked concept sketch. An up-front payment must be made before I continue any further with the commission. Regularly, the up-front payment is 50% of the total price. For commissions made in Ko-fi ONLY, unless otherwise noted, the price that the platform has you pay to make the commission will be considered the up-front payment. 100% of the commission fee must be paid before you receive the final, unwatermarked version. For Ko-fi commissions, if any additional fees are applicable, they must be paid in full. For regular commissions, the remaining 50% must be paid in full.Using discord Nitro as payment is only accepted for Nitro-specific commissions. Occasionally I open up Nitro commission slots that are paid for with discord Nitro. For regular commissions, Nitro will not be accepted as payment.The addition of drawn backgrounds, other characters, etc. are subject to additional fees. Typically, adding an extra character is +50% of the base price, and drawn backgrounds are +30-70% of the base price depending on their complexity.Refunds of up-front payments, whether through Ko-fi or Stripe, are NOT accepted upon request under any circumstances. No refunds will be accepted once the commission is completed. Should I be unable to complete a commission after having begun the drawing process due to an issue on my part, a full refund will be issued immediately.Depending on the time of year and the complexity of the piece, completion time can be anywhere between a few days to a month. During the school year, waits will be longer. No deadlines are accepted.Commercial-use commission prices are increased 3x. i.e., a $25 piece becomes $75.You cannot request a personal-use commission and then use it for commercial use.For commercial use, please tell me how you intend to use it. Using commercial commission art for promoting or branding a personal channel or service (i.e. YouTube, Twitch, self-owned small business) is permissible. Commissioning art and then using it to sell as a product (i.e. notebooks or stickers) without the intent to promote a personal channel, service or brand is not allowed under ANY circumstances.Once you have paid for a standard commission in full, you may use the commission freely for non-monetary purposes with credit. Commercial commissions may be used as per the terms above.Selling commissioned art as NFTs is strictly prohibited.I, as the artist, have full authority to reject a commission I receive for any reason.None of these Terms are negotiable.If you commission me, the moment you pay the up-front payment, it will be assumed that you have read and agree to these terms.If you have any questions regarding these terms, please reach out to me via email or direct message on social media.
